I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, providing a high level of comfort. I especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water and comfortable slippers. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to the subway and surrounded by a variety of excellent restaurants and bars. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also situated in a lively area filled with cafes and restaurants, perfect for finding a cheap meal or a nice place to dine. Additionally, the staff are friendly and accommodating, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel lacks English, speaking staff at the reception, which can make check, in and communication difficult for non, Mandarin speakers. the rooms are also in need of a refurbishment, and some facilities, such as the TV and bathroom fixtures, are outdated.

The staff are very sweet and attentive, making guests feel welcomed and cared for. Additionally, the hotel offers a buffet breakfast that, although not exceptional, is edible and provides a decent start to the day.

Good room, expected. Helpful staff, stored luggage for 2 weeks. Nice view from 12th floor. Not close to city center, but near subway. Rates aren't cheapest but fair. Properly run hotel: clean, big rooms, competent staff. Convenient location, 5 min walk to subway. Very big apartment, each room has AC. Basic shops/restaurants nearby. Spacious, clean twin room with good heating. Complimentary water bottles/yogurts daily. Recommended, comparable to business class hotel.
